How To Create a Company

Follow these steps to CREATE A COMPANY.

  1. Open the option group COMPANIES.
  2. Click on the option LIST COMPANIES.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Update Company

Follow these steps to UPDATE COMPANY information.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the UPDATE COMPANY tool in the toolbar.
  3. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To CIPC Lookup

Follow these steps to LOOKUP company on CIPC.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the CIPC LOOKUP tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Identity

Follow these steps to UPLOAD IDENTITY.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the company name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the company profile.
  4. Click the UPLOAD IDENTITY tool in the toolbar.
  5. Complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Add Email Addresses

Follow these steps to ADD EMAIL ADDRESSES.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the BLUE UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESSES on the right hand side.
  3. Add in the EMAIL ADDRESSES and click NEXT.

How To Add Phone Numbers

Follow these steps to ADD PHONE NUMBERS.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the BLUE UPDATE PHONE NUMBERS TEXT on the right hand side.
  3. Add PHONE NUMBERS and click NEXT.

How To Update Addresses

Follow these steps to ADD ADDRESSES.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the BLUE UPDATE PHYSICAL ADDRESSES TEXT on the right hand side.
  3. Add the ADDRESSES and click NEXT.

How To Edit Websites

Follow these steps to ADD WEBSITES.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the EDIT WEBSITES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add the WEBSITES and click NEXT.

How To Edit Attributes

Follow these steps to ADD ATTRIBUTE.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the EDIT ATTRIBUTE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Journal

Follow these steps to ADD JOURNAL Entry.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the EDIT JOURNAL tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Governing Body

Follow these steps to LINK GOVERNING BODY.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the GOVERNING BODIES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Complete the FORM and click NEXT.

How To Upload a Company Document

Follow these steps to UPLOAD A COMPANY DOCUMENT.

  1. View the COMPANY.
  2. Click on the FILE CABINET tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click on the DRAWER NUMBER to open the drawer profile.
  4. Click on the UPLOAD FILE tool in the toolbar.
  5. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.
  6. Click on the blue BACK to return to the drawer profile.
  7. Click on the EDIT DOCUMENTS tool in the toolbar.
  8. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.
