The following flow diagram illustrates the typical MODULE life cycle inside MYCITO*.

How To Create a Module

Follow these steps to CREATE A MODULE.

1. Open the option group SCHOOL.
2. Select the sub option LIST SCHOOLS.
3. View the SCHOOL PROFILE.
4. Click the EDIT MODULES tool in the toolbar.
5. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Module

Follow these steps to EDIT a MODULE.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the EDIT MODULE tool in the toolbar.
3. Make the CHANGES and click SUBMIT.

How To Add Elements

Follow these steps to ADD ELEMENTS.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the EDIT ELEMENTS tool in the toolbar.
3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Link SAQA Units

Follow these steps to LINK SAQA UNITS to the module.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the SAQA UNITS tool in the toolbar.
3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Pre Required

Link a PRE REQUIRED module.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the PRE REQUIRED tool in the toolbar.
3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Material

Follow these steps to UPLOAD MATERIAL.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the UPLOAD MATERIAL tool in the toolbar.
3. Follow the STEPS and click NEXT.

How To Add Module Evidence

Follow these steps to ADD MODULE EVIDENCE.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the EDIT EVIDENCE tool in the toolbar.
3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Create Classes

Follow these steps to CREATE CLASSES on the module.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the EDIT CLASSES tool in the toolbar.
3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Image

Follow these steps to UPLOAD IMAGE for the module.

1. View the MODULE PROFILE.
2. Click on the UPLOAD IMAGE tool in the toolbar.
3. Complete the FORM and click NEXT.
