1 Deliverable Create and manage deliverable. |
2 Authorisation Send deliverable for authorisation. |
3 Time Entries Capture time entries against the deliverable. |
4 Expenses Capture expenses against the deliverable. |
5 Create Tasks Create deliverable specific tasks. |
6 Copy Tasks Tasks can be copied to from another deliverable. |
7 Reports View reports associated with the deliverable. |
1 Deliverable It is a good practise to search for the DELIVERABLE before attempting to create a new DELIVERABLE. This will prevent duplicated entries. |
2 Located Only the top 250 will show on the list. Use page filters to search more records. |
3 Deliverable If you are unable to locate the DELIVERABLE, you can create a new DELIVERABLE. |
4 Deliverable Profile If you located the DELIVERABLE you should view the DELIVERABLE profile. |
5 Edit Deliverable The DELIVERABLE profile can be edited. |
6 Delete Deliverable All DELIVERABLES can be deleted from the list but not from the system. |
7 Restore Deliverable Any deleted DELIVERABLE can be restored. The deleted DELIVERABLE can be found under the deleted entries list and be restored from there. |
8 Request Authorisation The DELIVERABLE can be authorised. |
9 Edit Time Entries Time entries can be made on the DELIVERABLE. |
10 Edit Expenses Expenses can be captured against the DELIVERABLE. |
11 Number Deliverable The DELIVERABLE will be auto numbered. |
