The SMS MESSAGE profile enables the user to manage information directly related to the sms message record inside the Reminder and Notification Management System ("RNMS").

The following flow diagram illustrates the typical SMS MESSAGE life cycle inside MYCITO*.

 

1 SMS Message
Create SMS MESSAGE.
2 SMS Recipient
Send SMS MESSAGE to a recipient.
3 SMS Group
Send SMS MESSAGE to a recipient group.
4 SMS Super
Send SMS MESSAGE to a super group.
5 Lock Message
SMS MESSAGES can be locked.
6 Reports
View reports associated with the SMS MESSAGE.

 

How To Send an SMS

Follow these steps to SEND AN SMS.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the recipient / group name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the recipient / group profile.
  4. Click on the SEND SMS tool in the toolbar.
  5. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.
