1 Event
Create and manage EVENTS.
2 Schedules
Create and manage schedules on the EVENT.

Send communication on the EVENT.

View reports associated with the EVENT.

EVENT Management

 

1 Event
It is a good practice to search for the EVENT before attempting to create a new EVENT. This will prevent duplicated entries.
2 Located
Only the top 250 will show on the list. Use page filters to search more records.
3 Event
If you are unable to locate the EVENT, you can create a new EVENT.
4 Event
If you located the EVENT you should view the EVENT profile.
5 Edit
The EVENT profile can be edited.
6 Delete
All EVENTS can be deleted from the list but not from the system.
7 Restore
Any deleted EVENTS can be restored. The deleted EVENT can be found under the deleted entries list and be restored from there.
8 Schedules
Schedules can be created and managed on the EVENT.
9 Rebuild Groups
Groups can be rebuild on the EVENT.
10 Number
The EVENT will be auto numbered.
11 Venue
Requires a VENUE.
12 Links
Links can be added to the EVENT.
13 Notes
Notes can be made on the EVENT.
14 Recipient Groups
All attendees on the EVENT schedules are auto grouped into a RECIPIENT GROUP for quick EMAIL and SMS communication.

How To Create an Event

Follow these steps to CREATE AN EVENT.

  1. Open the option group EVENTS.
  2. Click on the option LIST EVENTS.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Create a Customer Event

Follow these steps to CREATE A CUSTOMER EVENT.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the customer name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the customer profile.
  4. Click the EDIT EVENTS tool in the toolbar.
  5. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.
