SETA Training Assessor Interface Path

The following flow diagram illustrates the typical SETA Training Assessor interface path inside MYCITO*.

 

1HomeLog into your MYCITO* instance and open the home option screen by clicking on Home.
2Assessor ProfileRegistered assessors can open their assessor profile. Assessors can update their ETQA- and Registration numbers.
3Assessor RequirementsAssessors can upload individual- and assessor requirements for verification and record keeping as validated assessors.
4Assessor ClassesAssessors can only open classes they have a relationship with.
5Class StudentsAssessors can view class student attendance, marks, results, class reports and class certificates. Assessors can update student class results, notes and email student class reports.
6Class EvidenceAssessors can view class evidence marking progress and class evidence average. Assessors can update student evidence scores, statuses, notes and email student evidence submission reminders.
7Student EvidenceAssessors can edit individual student evidence score, status, notes and upload a POST-MARK evidence document.
8Add FeedbackAssessors can view evidence PRE-MARK, POST-MARK, REMEDIAL and ARCHIVE documents (if uploaded) and contribute feedback.
