Users are automatically created from the Individual Profile.


Can I edit an user?

Yes, you can edit an user to change the user group.


Can I reset an users password?

Yes, you can reset an users password.


Can I expire an user?

Yes, you can expire an user to block all access to mycito.


Can I reactivate an user?

Yes, you can reactivate an expired user to give them access to the system again.


Can I delete an user?

Yes, you can deleted an user. Note that by deleting the user mycito will auto expire the user and block all access.


Can I restore an user?

Yes, you can restore a deleted user. Note that the user needs to be reactivated to get access to the system again.


Can I view an users access report?

Yes, you can view a detailed user access report.


Can I view an users history report?

Yes, you can view a detailed user history report.


Can I view a billing report?

Yes, you can view a detailed billing report.

An USER is automatically created form the INDIVIDUAL profile.

  1. View the INDIVIDUAL profile.
  2. Click on the USER profile tool in the toolbar.
