The NEWS feature enables CITO* users to create and publish news on their domain. Usually used to inform the online community of the latest product and/or service offering happenings.

How To Create News

Follow these steps to CREATE NEWS.

  1. Open the option group NEWS & EVENTS.
  2. Click the option LIST NEWS.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit News

Follow these steps to EDIT NEWS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To Upload Image

Follow these steps to UPLOAD IMAGE.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the UPLOAD IMAGE tool in the toolbar, follow the steps and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Downloads

Follow these steps to LINK DOWNLOADS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the LINK DOWNLOADS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the SECURE NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To User Group

Follow these steps to LINK USER GROUPS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the USER GROUPS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Select the USER GROUPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Public News

Follow these steps to PUBLIC NEWS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the PUBLIC NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To Publish News

Follow these steps to PUBLISH NEWS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.

  3. Click on the HIDE NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To Hide News

Follow these steps to HIDE NEWS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the HIDE NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To Delete News

  3. Click on the DELETE NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To Restore News

Follow these steps to RESTORE NEWS.

  1. Open the option group NEWS & EVENTS.
  2. Click the option LIST NEWS.
  3. Open the DELTED ENTRIES.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  5. Click on the RESTORE NEWS tool in the toolbar.

How To View Report

Follow these steps to VIEW THE VIEW REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the NEWS.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the NEWS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the VIEW REPORT tool in the toolbar.
