3 Leave Request If you are unable to locate the LEAVE REQUEST, you can create a new LEAVE REQUEST. |
4 Email Request Once the LEAVE REQUEST form is completed the system will auto email the direct line manager and the hr contact. |
5 Restore Any deleted LEAVE REQUEST can be restored. The deleted LEAVE REQUEST can be found under the deleted entries list and be restored from there. |
6 Leave Request If you located the LEAVE REQUEST you should view the LEAVE REQUEST profile. |
7 Employee The EMPLOYEE first needs to be created. |
8 Number The LEAVE REQUEST will be auto numbered. |
9 Leave Request It is a good practise to search for the LEAVE REQUEST before attempting to create a new LEAVE REQUEST. This will prevent duplicated entries. LEAVE REQUESTS can be searched on the LEAVE REQUEST list. |
10 Edit The LEAVE REQUEST profile can be edited. |
11 TAKEN Indicate if the leave was taken. |
12 Email TAKEN When the LEAVE is taken the system will auto email the employee. |
13 Document A document can be uploaded to the LEAVE REQUEST. |
14 Authorise The LEAVE REQUEST can be approved or declined by the line manger or the hr contact. |
15 Declined |
16 Email Declined When the LEAVE REQUEST is declined the system will auto email the employee. |
