General Training: Learner (Student) Interface Path

The following flow diagram illustrates the typical General Training: Learner (Student) interface path inside MYCITO*.

 

1 Home
Log into your MYCITO* instance and open the home option screen by clicking on Home.
2 Student Profile
Registered students can open their student profile.
3 Student Requirements
Students can upload individual- and student requirements for verification and record keeping as validated students.
4 Student Classes
Students can only open classes they have a relationship with.
5 Class Material
Students can view class material.
6 Class Assessments
Students can complete periodic class assessments.
7 Class Schedules
Students can open class schedules.
8 Schedule Material
Students can view schedule material.
9 Class Evidence
Students can submit (upload) class evidence.
10 Student Programs
Students can only open programs they have a relationship with.
11 Appeal Status
Students can appeal class evidence status (mark).

 

How To View Student Profile

Follow these steps to VIEW the STUDENT PROFILE.

  1. Click on the STUDENT PROFILE icon.

How To Update Student Profile

Follow these steps to UPDATE your STUDENT PROFILE.

  1. View the STUDENT PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT STUDENT button.
  3. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Student Requirements

Follow these steps to UPLOAD your STUDENT REQUIREMENTS.

  1. View the STUDENT PROFILE.
  2. Click on the UPLOAD REQUIREMENT button.
  3. Select the FILE and click UPLOAD.

How To View Class Profile

  2. Click on the OPEN CLASS button.

How To Download Class Material

  2. Click on the VIEW MATERIAL button.

How To View Class Schedules

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the VIEW SCHEDULE button.

How To Download Schedule Material

How To Upload Class Evidence

Follow these steps to UPLOAD your CLASS EVIDENCE.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the VIEW EVIDENCE button.
  3. Click on the UPLOAD EVIDENCE button.
  4. Select the FILE and click UPLOAD.

How To Complete Class Evaluations

Follow these steps to COMPLETE the CLASS EVALUATIONS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the DO EVALUATION button.
  3. Complete the EVALUATION and click SAVE.
