Working with BULLETINS in MYCITO*

The BULLETIN feature enables CITO* users to create and publish message board content on their domain. Usually used for non-NEWS related product and/or service offering notifications.

How To Create a Bulletin

Follow these steps to CREATE A BULLETIN.

  1. Open the option group BULLETINS.
  2. Click on the option LIST BULLETINS.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Bulletin

Follow these steps to EDIT BULLETIN.

  1. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT BULLETIN tool in the toolbar.

How To Secure Bulletin

Follow these steps to SECURE BULLETIN.

  1. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  2. Click on the SECURE BULLETIN tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.

How To User Groups

Follow these steps to LINK USER GROUPS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  3. Click on the USER GROUPS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Select the USER GROUPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Public Bulletin

Follow these steps to PUBLIC BULLETIN.

  1. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  3. Click on the PUBLIC BULLETIN tool in the toolbar.

How To Hide Bulletin

Follow these steps to HIDE BULLETIN.

  1. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  3. Click on the HIDE BULLETIN tool in the toolbar.

How To Delete Bulletin

Follow these steps to DELETE BULLETIN.

  1. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE
  3. Click on the DELETE BULLETIN tool in the toolbar.

How To Restore Bulletin

Follow these steps to RESTORE BULLETIN.

  1. Open the option group BULLETIN.
  2. Click the option LIST BULLETIN.
  3. Open the DELTED ENTRIES.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  5. Click on the RESTORE BULLETIN tool in the toolbar.

How To View View Report

Follow these steps to VIEW VIEW REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the BULLETIN.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the BULLETIN PROFILE.
  3. Click on the VIEW REPORT tool in the toolbar.
