Link the DEBTOR to the PORTFOLIO.
2 Add Terms
Add DEBTOR specific TERMS.
3 Create Quotes
Create a QUOTE for the DEBTOR.
4 Load Payments
Load a DEBTOR PAYMENT.

 

How To Create a Debtor

Follow these steps to CREATE A DEBTOR.

  1. View the PORTFOLIO PROFILE.
  2. Click the EDIT DEBTORS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Terms

Follow these steps to add DEBTOR specific TERMS.

  1. View the DEBTOR PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT TERMS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Create Quotes

Follow these steps to QUOTE the DEBTOR.

  1. View the DEBTOR PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT QUOTES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.
  5. View the QUOTE PROFILE.
  6. Click on the EDIT ITEMS tool in the toolbar.
  7. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  8. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Load Payments

Follow these steps to load DEBTOR PAYMENTS.

  1. View the DEBTOR PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT PAYMENTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.
