How To Create a FAQ

Follow these steps to CREATE A FAQ.

  1. Open the option group POLLS & FAQs.
  2. Click the option LIST FAQs.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit FAQ

Follow these steps to EDIT FAQ.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FAQ.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FAQ PROFILE
  3. Click on the EDIT FAQ tool in the toolbar.

How To Edit Categories

Follow these steps to EDIT CATEGORIES.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FAQ.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FAQ PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT CATEGORIES tool in the toolbar.
