How To Create a QA

Follow these steps to CREATE A QA.

  1. Open the option group POLLS & FAQs.
  2. Click the option LIST FAQ‘S.
  3. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FAQ PROFILE.
  4. Click the EDIT QA‘s tool in the toolbar.
  5. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit QA

Follow these steps to EDIT QA.

  1. Click in the search box and search the QA.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT QA tool in the toolbar.

How To Link Categories

Follow these steps to LINK CATEGORIES.

  1. Click in the search box and search the QA.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  3. Click on the LINK CATEGORIES tool in the toolbar.

How To Link Downloads

Follow these steps to LINK DOWNLOADS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the QA.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  3. Click on the LINK DOWNLOADS tool in the toolbar.

How To Open QA

  3. Click on the PUBLIC QA tool in the toolbar.

How To Hide Qa

Follow these steps to HIDE QA.

  1. Click in the search box and search the QA.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  3. Click on the HIDE QA tool in the toolbar.

How To Delete QA

Follow these steps to DELETE QA.

  1. Click in the search box and search the QA.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  3. Click on the DELETE QA tool in the toolbar.

How To Restore QA

Follow these steps to RESTORE QA.

  1. Open the option group POLLS & FAQs.
  2. Click the option LIST FAQ.
  3. Open the DELTED ENTRIES.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  5. Click on the RESTORE QA tool in the toolbar.

How To View View Report

Follow these steps to VIEW VIEW REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the QA.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the QA PROFILE.
  3. Click on the VIEW REPORT tool in the toolbar.
