Use financial years to profile and report on any company‘s activities and information.

 

 

 

The Financial Year Lifecycle

 

1 Financial Year
2 Update FY
Update key Financial Year DATA for funding applications.
3 Update Periods
Update key Sales Period DATA for reporting.
4 Update Journal
5 Company Structure
Identify company ownership / directors as they are in the Financial Year.
6 CIPC Lookup
Do a CIPC lookup to verify and pull current CIPC DATA into MYCITO.
7 Copy Structure
Copy the company structure from a previous Financial Year.
8 Fund Structure
Structure fund applications.
9 Upload Requirements
Upload funding requirements.
10 Funding Qualify/Disqualify
11 Package Funding
Packing funding information and supporting material for funder.

 

How To Create a Financial Year

Follow these steps to CREATE A FINANCIAL YEAR.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the company name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the COMPANY PROFILE.

  4. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  5. Click the FINANCIAL YEARS tool in the toolbar.
  6. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To View a Financial Year

Follow these steps to view a FINANCIAL YEAR.

  1. View the COMPANY profile.
  2. Click on the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. View the FINANCIAL REPORT.
  4. Select the FINANCIAL YEAR by clicking on the BLUE FINANCIAL YEAR NUMBER.

How To Edit Financial Year

Follow these steps to EDIT the FINANCIAL YEAR.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR.
  2. Click on the EDIT FINANCIAL YEAR tool in the toolbar.

How To Update Financial Year

Follow these steps to UPDATE FINANCIAL YEAR.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR profile.
  2. Click on the UPDATE FINANCIAL Year tool in the toolbar.
  3. Complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Add Journal Entry

Follow these steps to ADD a JOURNAL ENTRY.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR profile.
  2. Click on the UPDATE JOURNAL tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Company Structure

Follow these steps to create the COMPANY PROFILE.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR profile.
  2. Click on the COMPANY STRUCTURE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To CIPC Lookup

Follow these steps to do a CIPC LOOKUP.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR profile.
  2. Click on the CIPC LOOKUP tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the steps and click SUBMIT.

How To Fund Structure

Follow these steps to create the FUND STRUCTURE.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR profile.
  2. Click on the FUND STRUCTURE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Requirements

Follow these steps to UPLOAD the REQUIREMENTS.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR profile.
  2. Click on the UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Select the REQUIREMENT and click NEXT.
  4. Select the FILE and click NEXT.

How To Qualify Funding

Follow these steps to flag the company for QUALIFY for FUNDING.

  1. View the COMPANY FINANCIAL YEAR.
  2. Click on the QUALIFY FOR FUNDING tool in the toolbar.

How To Disqualify for Funding

Follow these steps to flag the company for DISQUALIFY for FUNDING.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR.
  2. Click on the DISQUALIFY FOR FUNDING tool in the toolbar.

How To Package for Funding

Follow these steps to create a PACKAGE FOR FUNDING.

  1. View the FINANCIAL YEAR.
  2. Click on the PACKAGE FOR FUNDING tool in the toolbar.
  3. Select the PACKAGE and click SUBMIT.
