Working with FACTS in MYCITO*

The FACT feature enables CITO* users to create and publish facts on their domain. Usually used to publish product and/or service facts.

 

 

 

MYCITO* FACT Life Cycle

The following flow diagram illustrates the typical FACT life cycle inside MYCITO*.

Create and manage a fact.
2 Upload Image
Upload an image for a fact.
3 Publish
Publish the fact.

How To Edit Fact

Follow these steps to EDIT A FACT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FACT.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT FACT tool in the toolbar.

How To Create a Fact

Follow these steps to CREATE A FACT.

  1. Open the option group FACTS & BULLETINS.
  2. Click the option LIST FACTS.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Image

Follow these steps to UPLOAD IMAGE.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FACT.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  3. Click on the UPLOAD IMAGE tool in the toolbar and follow the steps.

How To Publish Fact

Follow these steps to PUBLISH A FACT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FACT.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  3. Click on the PUBLISH FACT tool in the toolbar.

How To Hide Fact

Follow these steps to HIDE FACT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FACT.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  3. Click on the HIDE FACT tool in the toolbar.

How To Delete Fact

Follow these steps to DELETE FACT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FACT.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  3. Click on the DELETE FACT tool in the toolbar.

How To Restore Fact

Follow these steps to RESTORE FACT.

  1. Open the option group FACT.
  2. Click the option LIST FACT.
  3. Open the DELTED ENTRIES.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  5. Click on the RESTORE FACT tool in the toolbar.

How To View View Report

Follow these steps to VIEW VIEW REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the FACT.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the FACT PROFILE.
  3. Click on the VIEW REPORT tool in the toolbar.
