Verify or Refute the CUSTOMER.

Link the CUSTOMER to a sales roadmap.
11 Reports
View reports associated with the CUSTOMER.

 

How To Create a Customer

Follow these steps to CREATE A CUSTOMER.

  1. Enter the company name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  2. Click the VIEW icon to open the company profile.
  3. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  5. Click on the INDIVIDUAL / COMPANY / ORGANISATION CUSTOMER tool in the toolbar.
  6. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit a Customer

Follow these steps to EDIT A CUSTOMER.

  1. View your Company.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the EDIT CUSTOMER tool in the toolbar.

How To Add a New Contact

Follow these steps to ADD a NEW CONTACT.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the NEW CONTACT tool in the toolbar.
  7. Follow the steps and CLICK SUBMT.

How To Link a Product Interest

Follow these steps to link a PRODUCT INTEREST to a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  4. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  5. Click on the PRODUCT INTEREST tool in the toolbar.
  6. Select and deselect PRODUCTS and click SUBMIT.

How To Link a Product

Follow these steps to link a PRODUCT to a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the LINK PRODUCTS tool in the toolbar.
  7. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Link a Service Interest

Follow these steps to link a SERVICE to a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the SERVICE INTEREST tool in the toolbar.
  7. Select and deselect SERVICES and click SUBMIT.

How To Link a Services

Follow these steps to link SERVICES to a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the LINK SERVICES tool in the toolbar.
  7. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Add a Journal

Follow these steps to make a JOURNAL entry on a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the EDIT JOURNAL tool in the toolbar.
  7. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Link an Opportunity

Follow these steps to create an OPPORTUNITY on a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the EDIT OPPORTUNITY tool in the toolbar.
  7. Add a NEW ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Requirements

Follow these steps to upload CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS.

  1. View your COMPANY.

  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the UPLOAD DOCUMENTS tool in the toolbar.
  7. Follow the STEPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Documents

Follow these steps to EDIT the CUSTOMER DOCUMENTS.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the EDIT DOCUMENTS tool in the toolbar.
  7. Click on the GEAR icon next to the DOCUMENT.
  8. Edit the DOCUMENT and click SUBMIT.

How To Verify Customers

Follow these steps to VERIFY the CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.

Follow these steps to REFUTE a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.

  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the REFUTE CUSTOMER tool in the toolbar.

How To Link a Roadmap

Follow these steps to link a ROADMAP to a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the LINK ROADMAP tool in the toolbar.
  7. Add a NEW ENRTY and click SUMBIT.

How To Expire Customer

Follow these steps to EXPIRE a CUSTOMER.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click the MANAGE CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Select the CUSTOMER by clicking on the blue customer number.
  6. Click on the EXPIRE CUSTOMER tool in the toolbar.

How To View Product Report

Follow these steps to VIEW the PRODUCT REPORT.

  1. View your COMPANY.
  2. Click the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.

  4. Click on the CUSTOMER REPORT tool in the toolbar.
