SMME OWNER FLOW Path

The following flow diagram illustrates the typical SMME OWNER flow path inside MYCITO*.

 

1 Home
Log into your MYCITO* instance and open the home option screen by clicking on Home.
2 Contact Schedules
Click Contact Schedules, you can jump between occurred and future schedules.
3 View Schedule
Click View Schedule to open a schedule.
4 View Material
Click View/Download Material to view schedule material shared by the SMME Coach.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I view a schedule?

Yes, you can view both future and occurred schedules.


Can I open a schedule link?

Yes, you can open a Microsoft Teams and/or other online meeting link on a schedule if said link has been added to the schedule by the SMME Coach.


Can I download material on a schedule?

Yes, you can download any material shared by the SMME Coach before and after the schedule occurred.


Can I see my attendance status on a schedule?

Yes, you can verify if you have been marked as attended or absent on an occurred schedule.
