How To Create Program Group Evaluation
- Click on MY SYSTEMS.
- Select the QUESTIONNAIRE and ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
- Select the option ASSESSMENT MODELS.
- Select the sub option EVALUATION MODELS.
- Add a NEW ENTRY.
- Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.
- View the ASSESSMENT MODEL.
- Click on the EDIT QUESTIONS tool in the toolbar.
- Add NEW ENTRIES.
- Complete the FORMS and click SUBMIT.
How To Link Program Group Evaluation
- View the PROGRAM GROUP profile.
- Click on the EDIT EVALUATIONS tool in the toolbar.
- Add a NEW ENTRY.
- Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.
How To Email Program Group Evaluation
- View the PROGRAM GROUP.
- Click on the EVALUATION REPORT tool in the toolbar.
- Select the EVALUATION by clicking on the BLUE EVALUATION NUMBER.
- Click on the BLUE ASSESSMENT NUMBER.
- Click on the EMAIL ASSESSMENT tool in the toolbar.
- Select and deselect the PARTICIPANTS and click SUBMIT.
How To View Outcome Report
- View the Program Group.
- Click on the EVALUATION REPORT.
- Select the EVALUATION by clicking on the BLUE EVALUATION NUMBER.
- Click on the BLUE ASSESSMENT NUMBER.
- Click on the OUTCOME REPORT.
