1 Verify Individual Open the SMME Owner Individual record and verify information as captured on the SMME Coaching Registration Form (wizard). See working with INDIVIDUALS. |
2 Verify Company Open the SMME Company record and verify information as captured on the SMME Company Registration Form (wizard). See working with COMPANIES. |
3 CIPC Lookup Do a CIPC Lookup to confirm company DATA as registered with CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission). |
4 Verify Employee Open the SMME Owner Employee record inside the SMME Company and verify that the Employee has been flagged as the primary contact Employee. See working with EMPLOYEES. |
5 Verify FY Open the SMME Company current Financial Year record and verify the start & stop dates. You may need to create a new Financial Year. See working with FINANCIAL YEARS. |
6 Create Project Edit the SMME Company current Financial Year record and set Create Project = TRUE. |
7 Link Coach Open the current Financial Year Project and link a SMME Coach as a project manager under Link Resources. See working with PROJECTS. |
8 Build Project Link your SMME Coaching Project Recipe to the project and click Build Project under Project Templates. |
9 Notify Coach Notify your SMME Couch of the new SMME Coaching Project. |
10 Notify Owner Notify the SMME Owner of the new SMME Coaching Project. |
11 Cleanup Participants Cleanup your SMME Coaching Registration Form (wizard) by removing partial, erroneous and duplicated participants before marking the remaining valid participants as closed. See working with WIZARDS. |
