How To Edit Class

Follow these steps to EDIT A CLASS.

  1. View the PROGRAM GROUP profile.
  2. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT CLASS tool in the toolbar.

How To Upload Material

Follow these steps to UPLOAD MATERIAL on a CLASS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the UPLOAD MATERIAL tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click SUMBIT.

How To Edit Material

Follow these steps to EDIT the CLASS MATERIAL.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the BLUE CLASS MATERIAL NUMBER to open the CLASS MATERIAL PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT MATERIAL tool in the toolbar.

How To Create Evidence

Follow these steps to CREATE CLASS EVIDENCE.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT EVIDENCE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Add Class Cost

Follow these steps to ADD A CLASS COST.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT COST tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Teacher

Follow these steps to LINK A TEACHER.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE
  2. Click on the LINK TEACHER tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Students

Follow these steps to LINK STUDENTS to a CLASS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the LINK STUDENTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Assessor

Follow these steps to LINK AN ASSESSOR to the CLASS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the LINK ASSESSOR tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Moderator

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the LIINK MODERATOR tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Update Results

Follow these steps to UPDATE CLASS REULTS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the UPDATE RESULTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. UPDATE the RESULTS and click SUMBIT.

How To Link Evaluations

Follow these steps to LINK CLASS EVALUATIONS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT EVALUATIONS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Email Student Reports

Follow these steps to EMAIL STUDENT CLASS REPORTS.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EMAIL STUDENT REPORTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Select and deselect STUDENTS and click on the SUBMIT.

How To View Material Report

Follow these steps to VIEW the CLASS MATERIAL REPORT.

  1. View the CLASS PROFILE.
  2. Click on the REPORT tool in the toolbar.
