How To Create a Compliance Model

Follow these steps to create a COMPLIANCE MODEL.

  1. View the Legal Entity Management System.
  2. Select the BUSINESS TYPE option.
  3. Select the COMPLIANCE MODEL sub option.
  4. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  5. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Copy a Compliance Model

Follow these steps to copy a COMPLIANCE MODEL.

  1. View the COMPLIANCE MODEL profile.
  2. Click on the COPY MODEL tool in the toolbar.
  3. Select the SOURCE MODEL and click SUBMIT.

How To Create Areas

Follow these steps to create AREAS on the COMPLIANCE MODEL.

  1. View the COMPLIANCE MODEL.
  2. Click on the EDIT AREAS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Create Indicators

Follow these steps to create INDICATORS on the COMPLIANCE MODEL.

  1. View the COMPLIANCE MODEL profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT INDICATORS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the fORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Compliance Model to Financial Years

Follow these steps to link a COMPLIANCE MODEL to a COMPANIES FINANCIAL YEAR.

  1. View the COMPANY profile.
  2. Click on the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click on the EDIT FINANCIAL YEAR tool in the toolbar.
  4. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  5. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

Follow these steps to EMAIL the COMPLIANCE MODEL to the OWNER of the COMPANY.

  1. View the COMPLIANCE REPORT.
  2. Click on the EMAIL QUESTIONNAIRE tool in the toolbar.

How To Update the Compliance Model

Follow these steps to update the COMPLIANCE MODEL on the COMPANY.

  1. View the COMPANY FINANCIAL YEAR.
  2. View the COMPLIANCE REPORT.
  3. Click on the UPDATE COMPLIANCE tool in the toolbar.
  4. Complete the COMPLIANCE QUESTIONNAIRE and click SUBMIT.

How To Generate Tasks

Follow these steps to generate the COMPLIANCE PROJECT TASKS.

  1. View the COMPANY FINANCIAL YEAR.
  2. View the COMPLIANCE REPORT.
  3. Click on the GENERATE TASKS tool in the toolbar.
