Delete Organisation Flow

The organisation will delete all the organisation phone numbers.

The organisation will delete all the organisation addresses.
6 Websites
The organisation will delete all the organisation websites.

The organisation will delete all the organisation attributes.
8 Journal
9 Governing Bodies
The organisation will delete all the organisation governing bodies.
10 Requirements
The organisation will delete all the organisation requirements.
11 Admin

The organisation will delete all the organisation members.

How To Create an Organisation

Follow these steps to CREATE AN ORGANISATION.

  1. Click on MY SYSTEMS.
  2. Select the LEGAL ENTITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
  3. Select the option ORGANISATIONS.
  4. Select the sub option LIST ORGANISATIONS.
  5. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  6. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Upload Identity

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the UPLOAD IDENTITY Tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the steps and click NEXT.

How To Add Website

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT WEBSITE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Add Attibutes

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT ATTRIBUTES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Create Journal Entries

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT JOURNAL tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Governing Bodies

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the GOVERNING BODIES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click NEXT.

How To Upload Requirements

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS toll in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click NEXT.

How To Add Admin

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT ADMIN tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Members

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the LINK MEMBERS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click NEXT.

How To Edit Members

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT MEMBERS tool in the toolbar.

How To Verify / Refute Organisation

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the VERIFY / REFUTE ORGANISATION tool in the toolbar.

How To Create Logbook

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT LOGBOOKS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Email Admin Report

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the MAIL ADMIN REPORT tool in the toolbar.

How To Email Organisation Members

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the RECIPIENT GROUP tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click on the SEND EMAIL tool in the toolbar.
  4. Follow the STEPS and click SUBMIT.

How To View Various Reports

  1. View the ORGANISATION PROFILE.
  2. Click on the REPORT tools in the toolbar.
