Working with LINKS in MYCITO*

The LINK feature enables CITO* users to create and publish links to various online sources on their domain. Usually used to link to more product and/or service offering areas of interest.

How To Edit Link

Follow these steps to EDIT LINK.

  1. Click in the search box and search the LINK.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the LINK PROFILE
  3. Click on the EDIT LINK tool in the toolbar.

How To Create a Link

Follow these steps to CREATE A LINK.

  1. Open the option group LINKS.
  2. Click the option LIST LINKS.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Publish Link

Follow these steps to PUBLISH LINK.

  1. Click in the search box and search the LINK
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the LINK PROFILE.
  3. Click on the PUBLISH LINK tool in the toolbar.

How To Hide Link

Follow these steps to HIDE LINK.

  1. Click in the search box and search the LINK.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the LINK PROFILE.
  3. Click on the HIDE LINK tool in the toolbar.

How To Delete Link

Follow these steps to DELETE LINK.

  1. Click in the search box and search the LINK.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the LINK PROFILE.
  3. Click on the DELETE LINK tool in the toolbar.

How To Restore Link

Follow these steps to RESTORE LINK.

  1. Open the option group DOWNLOADS & LINKS.
  2. Click the option LIST LINKS.
  3. Open the DELTED ENTRIES.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to open the LINK PROFILE.
  5. Click on the RESTORE LINK tool in the toolbar.

How To View View Report

Follow these steps to VIEW VIEW REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the LINK.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the LINK PROFILE.
  3. Click on the VIEW REPORT tool in the toolbar.
