1 Create Invoice Create a new invoice. |
2 Copy Items The operational user can copy the invoice items from a previous invoice. |
3 Edit Items The operational user can add new items onto the invoice or edit the items that was copied from a previous invoice. |
4 View Invoice Preview the invoice in a PDF format. |
5 Issue Invoice Once an invoice has been issued it will show on the debtors account. |
6 Mail Self The invoice can be emailed to the operation user to review the email template and invoice. |
7 Email Invoice Email the invoice to the debtor. |
