How To View an Account

Follow these steps to VIEW AN ACCOUNT.

  1. View the PORTFOLIO profile.
  2. Click on the BLUE ACCOUNT NAME under the ACCOUNT LIST to view the ACCOUNT PROFILE.

How To Add Account Opening Balance

Follow these steps to add an OPENING BALANCE on an ACCOUNT.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the FINANCIAL YEARS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click on the GEAR tool next to the FINANCIAL YEAR entry.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Create a Quote

Follow these steps to create a QUOITE.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT QUOTE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click .

How To Create an Invoice

Follow these steps to create an INVOICE.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT INVOICE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUMBIT.

How To Add a Fee

Follow these steps to add a FEE.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT FEE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUMBIT.

How To Add a Payment

Follow these steps to add a PAYMENT.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT PAYMENTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORMSUMBIT.

How To Create a Credit Note

Follow these steps to create a CREDIT NOTE.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT CREDIT NOTE tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUMBIT.

How To Add a Refund

Follow these steps to add a REFUND.

  1. View the ACCOUNT profile.
  2. Click on the EDIT REFUND tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Create an Expense

  2. Add a NEW ENTRY.
