Create a global schedule.
2 Edit Attendees
Link attendees to the schedule.
3 Link Classes
Link the classes to the schedule.
4 Generate Schedules
Generate schedules for the classes.

 

How To Create Global Schedule

Follow these steps to CREATE GLOBAL SCHEDULES.

  1. Select the TIME AND WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
  2. Select the EVENTS & GLOBAL SCHEDULE option.
  3. Select the GLOABL SCHEDULE sub option.
  4. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  5. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Attendees

Follow these steps to ADD ATTENDEES.

  1. View the GLOBAL SCHEDULE PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EDIT ATTENDEES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENRTY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Classes

Follow these steps to LINK CLASSES.

  1. View the GLOBAL SCHEDULE PROFILE.
  2. Click on the LINK CLASSES tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Generate Schedules

Follow these steps to GENERATE SCHEDULES.

  1. View the GLOBAL SCHEDULE PROFILE.
  2. Click on the GENERATE SCHEDULES tool in the toolbar.
