The RECIPIENT profile enables the user to manage information directly related to the recipient record inside the Reminder and Notification Management System ("RNMS").

3 Email Send an email to the RECIPIENT. |
4 SMS Send an sms to the RECIPIENT. |
5 Unsubscribe Unsubscribe the RECIPIENT from communication. |
6 Reports View reports associated with the RECIPIENT. |
Use the following RECIPIENT Verification Flow to have individual recipients in your communication database verify receipts of email communication to their registered email address or unsubscribe from all future marketing emails.
1 Open Group Open the ! ALL Individuals ! recipient group. |
2 Email Verification Send email verification request to all recipients in the ! ALL Individuals ! recipient group. |
3 Open Report Open the recipient group Recipient Report daily. |
4 Recipient Status Review individual recipient email verification request statuses. |
5 One Month Wait one month and repeat STEP 2 by resending the email verification request email to the remaining recipients in the ! ALL Individuals ! recipient group, then continue with STEP 3 and so on. |
6 Add Verified If the recipient has been flagged as verified, you should add the recipient to the ! VERIFIED Individuals ! recipient group. |
7 Delete Verified Delete the verified recipient from the ! ALL Individuals ! recipient group. |
8 Delete Unsubscribed If the recipient has been flagged as unsubscribed, you should delete the recipient from the ! ALL Individuals ! recipient group. |
