SETA Training Teacher Interface Path

The following flow diagram illustrates the typical SETA Training Teacher interface path inside MYCITO*.

 

1HomeLog into your MYCITO* instance and open the home option screen by clicking on Home.
2Teacher ProfileRegistered teachers can open their teacher profile. Teachers can update their highest school- and education level.
3Teacher RequirementsTeachers can upload individual- and teacher requirements for verification and record keeping as validated teachers.
4Teacher ClassesTeachers can only open classes they have a relationship with.
5Class MaterialTeachers can add-, edit-, delete- and view class student engagement on class material.
6Class EvaluationsTeacher can complete periodic class evaluations.
7Class SchedulesTeachers can email schedule reminders, print schedule registers and update schedule attendee attendance with notes.
8Schedule MaterialTeachers can add-, edit-, and delete schedule material to be accessed by schedule attendees.
9Class StudentsTeachers can view class student attendance, marks, results, class reports and class certificates. Teachers can update student class results, notes and email student class reports.
10Class EvidenceTeachers can view class evidence marking progress and class evidence average. Teachers can update student evidence scores, statuses, notes and email student evidence submission reminders.
11Student EvidenceTeachers can edit individual student evidence score, status, notes and upload a POST-MARK evidence document.
12Add FeedbackTeachers can view evidence PRE-MARK, POST-MARK, REMEDIAL and ARCHIVE documents (if uploaded) and contribute feedback.
