Working with GALLERIES in MYCITO*

The GALLERY feature enables CITO* users to create and publish logically grouped photo albums on their domain. Usually used to create product and/or service offering display cases.

How To Create a Gallery

Follow these steps to CREATE A GALLERY.

  1. Open the option group GALLERIES.
  2. Click the option LIST GALLERIES.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Edit Gallery

Follow these steps to EDIT GALLERY.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To Create an Album

Follow these steps to CREATE AN ALBUM.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the CREATE ALBUM tool in the toolbar.
  4. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Secure Gallery

Follow these steps to SECURE GALLERY.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the SECURE GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To Public Gallery

Follow these steps to PUBLIC GALLERY.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the PUBLIC GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To User Groups

Follow these steps to LINK USER GROUPS.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the USER GROUPS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Select the USER GROUPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Publish Gallery

Follow these steps to PUBLISH GALLERY.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the PUBLISH GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To Hide Gallery

Follow these steps to HIDE GALLERY.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the HIDE GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To Delete Gallery

Follow these steps to DELETE GALLERY.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the DELETE GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To Restore Gallery

Follow these steps to RESTORE GALLERY.

  1. Open the option group GALLERY.
  2. Click the option LIST GALLERIES.
  3. Open the DELTED ENTRIES.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  5. Click on the RESTORE GALLERY tool in the toolbar.

How To View View Report

Follow these steps to VIEW VIEW REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the VIEW REPORT tool in the toolbar.

How To View Album Report

Follow these steps to VIEW ALBUM REPORT.

  1. Click in the search box and search the GALLERY.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass to open the GALLERY PROFILE.
  3. Click on the ALBUM REPORT tool in the toolbar.
