Working with PROJECTS in MYCITO*

MYCITO* makes it easy to manage PROJECTS by allowing OPERATIONAL users to create one or more PROJECTS to track TASKS within a CUSTOMER. PROJECTS have MILESTONES that roadmaps the sequential stages of the PROJECT to enable PROJECT MANAGERS to create TASKS assigned to various RESOURCES to complete and meet DELIVERABLES within a MILESTONE. PROJECTS can also leverage pre-defined PROJECT TEMPLATES like recipes with pre create TASKS for quick TASK generation with a PROJECT that replicates a previous PROJECT similar in structure. PROJECT RESOURCES can also upload PROJECT DOCUMENTATION directly into the PROJECT for archiving and share IDEAS on future improvements to the PROJECT as a whole. Various reports are available on PROJECTS from different perspectives.

How To Create a Project

Follow these steps to CREATE A PROJECT.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the customer name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the customer profile.
  4. Click the PROJECT tool in the toolbar.
  5. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.
