1 Employee
Employ individuals into the company.
2 Roles
Link roles to the EMPLOYEE.
3 Subordinates
Link subordinates to the EMPLOYEE.
4 Leave Requests
The EMPLOYEE can complete leave requests online.
5 Claim Requests
The EMPLOYEE can complete claim requests online.
6 Asset Requests
The EMPLOYEE can complete asset requests online.
7 Reports
View reports associated with the EMPLOYEE.

 

How To Add an Employee

Follow these steps to ADD AN EMPLOYEE.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the user name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the company profile.
  4. Click the MANAGE STAFF tool in the toolbar to view the staff profile.
  5. Click the EDIT EMPOYEES tool in the toolbar.
  6. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Add an Employee Position

Follow these steps to ADD EN EMPLOYEE POSITION.

  1. Open the option group COMPANY TYPES.
  2. Click the option EMPLOYEE POSITIONS.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fileds and click SUBMIT.

How To Terminate an Employee

Follow these steps to TERMINATE AN EMPLOYEE.

  1. Click in the SEARCH BOX.
  2. Enter the user name and click on the BINOCULARS.
  3. Click the VIEW icon to open the company profile.
  4. Click on the MANAGE STAFF tool in the toolbar.
  5. Click the EMPLOYEE number to open the employee profile.
  6. Click on the TERMINATE EMPLOYEE tool in the toolbar
