Online Class Booking Path

 

1 Module (Subject)
2 Class Profile
A class must exist before it can be published to the website for online booking (enrollment). Classes can only be created from modules. They can also be generated from program groups. Use the INTAKE CLASS REPORT to review all the existing classes in a current intake.
3 Program Group
4 Class Cost
Class cost (fees) must be set for online booking where; (a) quote is generated and/or (b) payment can be made via a merchant service. Use the INTAKE CLASS COST REPORT to review fees.
5 Publish Event
Only when the class event is published will the class be listed on the website for (a) information request, (b) registration, (c) quote request and/or (d) payment. Use the INTAKE CLASS REPORT to review which class events has been published.

How To Review Modules

Follow these steps to Review a Module.

  1. Click the option My Systems, select the system Course and Learner Management.
  2. Open the option group Schools.
  3. Click the option List Schools, select the School you want to view.
  4. Open the Module Report.
  5. You can manage modules on the School Profile.

How To Review Classes

Follow these steps to Review a Class.

  1. Click the option My Systems, select the system Course and Learner Management.
  2. Open the option group Schools.
  3. Click the option List Schools, select the School you want to view.
  4. Open the Intake Report, select the Intake you want to view.
  5. Open the Class Report.
  6. Remember to review Class Cost, Class Limits and Published Classes.

How To Review Schedules

Follow these steps to Review a Schedule.

  1. Click the option My Systems, select the system Course and Learner Management.
  2. Open the option group Schools.
  3. Click the option List Schools, select the School you want to view.
  4. Open the Intake Report, select the Intake you want to view.
  5. Open the Schedule Report.
  6. You can manage individual Class Schedules on the Class Event Profile.
