Leave Request

 

1 Approved
Superior can approve the leave.
2 Declined
Superior can decline the leave.
3 Take Leave
Hr flag the leave as taken.
4 Notify Employee
Employee gets notified that the leave has been decline.
5 Return Leave
Hr can return the leave if it was not taken.
6 Employee
An Individual needs to be employed into a company to be able to complete a leave request.
7 Superior Approval
Superior approve / decline the claim request.
8 Leave Request
Complete the leave request form.
9 Notify Employee/HR
Notifies employee and HR that the leave has been approved.
10 Upload Document
Upload relevant documentation.

 

How To Create a Leave Request

Follow these steps to CREATE A LEAVE REQUEST.

  1. Click on the MY START tab in the mybar.
  2. Click the LEAVE REQUEST tool in the toolbar.
  3. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To How To Approve / Decline Leave Request (Superior)

Follow these steps to APPROVE or DECLINE LEAVE REQUEST.

  1. View the LEAVE REQUEST PROFILE.
  2. Click on the QUICK APPROVE / DECLINE tool in the toolbox.

How To Flag Leave as Taken

Follow these steps to FLAG LEAVE AS TAKEN.

  1. View the LEAVE REQUEST PROFILE.
  2. Click on the TAKE LEAVE tool in the toolbox.

How To Return Leave

Follow these steps to RETURN LEAVE.

  1. View the LEAVE REQUEST PROFILE.
  2. Click on the RETURN LEAVE tool in the toolbox.
