How To Create Recipient Group

Follow these steps to CREATE RECIPIENT GROUP.

  1. Open the option group RECIPIENT GROUPS.
  2. Click on the option LIST RECIPIENTS.
  3. Add a NEW ENTRY, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Link Recipients

Follow these steps to LINK RECIPIENTS to a RECIPIENT GROUP.

  1. View the RECIPIENT GROUP PROFILE.
  2. Click on the LINK RECIPIENTS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Open the NEW ENTRY form, complete the required fields and click SUBMIT.

How To Reset Recipient Group

Follow these steps to RESET the RECIPIENT GROUP.

  1. View the RECIPIENT GROUP PROFILE.
  2. Click on the RESET RECIPIENT GROUP tool in the toolbar.

How To Email Group

Follow these steps to EMAIL RECIPIENT GROUP.

  1. View the RECIPIENT GROUP PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EMAIL GROUP tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click SUBMIT.

How To SMS Group

Follow these steps to SMS RECIPIENT GROUP.

  1. View the RECIPIENT GROUP PROFILE.
  2. Click on the SMS GROUP tool in the toolbar.
  3. Follow the STEPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Expire Recipient Group

Follow these steps to EXPIRE the RECIPIENT GROUP.

  1. View the RECIPIENT GROUP PROFILE.
  2. Click on the EXPIRE RECIPIENT GROUP tool in the toolbar.
