  3. View the FINANCIAL YEAR.
  4. View the SALES PERIOD.
  5. Click on the PRODUCT TARGETS tool in the toolbar.
  6. Add the PRODUCT SALES TARGETS.

How To Add Customers

  1. Click on MY START.
  2. Click on the NEW CUSTOMER tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add the NAME and click NEXT.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Add Customer Contact

  1. View the CUSTOMER PROFILE.
  2. Click on the NEW CONTACT tool in the toolbar.
  3. Add a NAME and click NEXT.
  4. Complete the FORM and click SUBMIT.

How To Create a Customer Project

  1. View the CUSTOMER PROFILE.
  2. Click on the BLUE COMPANY NAME next to PROJECTS.
  3. Click on the EDIT PROJECTS tool in the toolbar.
  4. Add a NEW ENTRY.

How To Manage Customer Intrest

  1. View the CUSTOMER PROFILE.
  2. Click on the PRODUCT / SERVICE INTEREST tool in the toolbar.
  3. Select the PRODUCTS / SERVICES and click SUBMIT.

How To Manage Communication Groups

  1. View the PRODUCT PROFILE.
  2. View the RECIPIENT GROUP.

How To Send Marketing Emails

  1. View the PRODUCT / SERVICES PROFILE.
  2. View the RECIPIENT GROUP.
  3. Click on the EMAIL RECIPIENT GROUP tool in the toolbar.
  4. Follow the STEPS and click SUBMIT.

How To Manage Follow-up Reminders

  1. Click on the MY START.
  2. View the JOURNAL REPORT.
  3. Set the FILTERS and click SUBMIT.
  4. Select the CUSTOMER.
  5. Click on the EDIT JOURNAL tool in the toolbar.
  6. Add a JOURNAL ENTRY and click SUBMIT.

  1. View the CUSTOMER PROFILE.
  2. View the DEBTOR PROFILE.
  3. Click on the EDIT QUOTE tool in the toolbar.
  4. Add a NEW ENTRY.
  5. Add ITEMS on the QUOTE.
  6. View the QUOTE PROFILE.
  7. Click on the EMAIL QUOTE tool in the toolbar.
  8. Select RECIPIENT and click SUBMIT.

How To Do Basket Fulfillment

  1. View the COMPANY PROFILE.
  2. Click on the MANAGE BUSINESS tool in the toolbar.
  3. Click on the PRODUCT BASKETS tool in the toolbar.
  4. View the PRODUCT BASKET.
  5. Click on the LINK CUSTOMERS tool in the toolbar.

  3. Add a NEW ENTRY.
